Rex Healthcare is proud to announce that we have received state approval to have three operating rooms at our Wakefield campus. We’re pleased be able to offer our highly regarded surgical services to patients in northern Wake County. The service area (northern Wake and Franklin Counties) is expected to grow by 17 percent over the next five years. Now, thousands of patients will have much easier access to the surgical services of Rex. We plan to begin service in July 2008; and expect to serve 3,700 patients in the first year. Additionally, the Rex Healthcare of Wakefield campus will be expanding in 2008 to add a full service Wellness Center. To learn more about what our Wellness Centers offer, click here.
