Rex Healthcare continues its tradition of providing high-quality care through Rex Reh
abilitation and Nursing Care Center of Apex where residents receive superior extended nursing care in a homelike setting. Residents will feel right at home in our spacious suites, whether it's a private or a companion. All suites are furnished with a bed, dresser, bedside table, wardrobe, sitting chair and are cable and telephone ready. Each suite also features a half bath.
For the health and well-being of our residents, staff and family members, a Registered Nurse is accessible seven days a week. These staff members are available to answer any questions family members may have regarding the care of their loved ones and assist staff wherever needed.
Our social workers will assist and support the social, emotional and spiritual needs of both patients and residents. They will also facilitate the discharge planning in order to ensure the safety and well being of each patient.
A registered dietitian oversees the menu and meal planning to ensure the three meals and several snacks provided each day are both appetizing and nutritious. We can also accommodate special therapeutic diets. All meals are prepared and served to residents in accordance with their specific dietary needs. Residents will enjoy the company of their friends while dining in our family style dining area.
