Triangle Physician Network

The Triangle Physician Network (TPN) is a not-for-profit, joint effort between University of North Carolina Health Care System and Rex Healthcare to operate a regional network of physicians and support the evolving health care needs of our region. TPN provides physician practices the ability to coordinate with Rex and UNC's electronic medical records system and offers greater access to specialty and sub-specialty care providers. The network consists of more than 75 physicians who deliver a full-range of primary care and specialty services to communities of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas.
