Rex Breast Care Centers provide personalized breast health care to women throughout the community. All locations are departments of Rex Hospital.

New Location

Rex Healthcare is pleased to announce that the Rex Breast Care Center will be moving to a new location at 3100 Duraleigh Road, Suite 204  in Raleigh(corner of Edwards Mill Road and Duraleigh Road.)

We will begin seeing patients at our new location on Monday, June 10, 2013.

Our new location will feature a spa-like environment, enhanced patient privacy and easily accessible parking.

• Services offered at our new Breast Care Center will include:
• Screening and diagnostic digital mammograms
• Breast ultrasounds
• Ultrasound guided core needle biopsy
• Stereotactic breast biopsy
• Bone Density tests

Mammography Services

We offer digital mammography services in all of our locations in Wake County. Mammography services funding is available for qualified women utilizing both the Breast Care Centers and the mobile mammography unit through generous funding from Susan G. Komen for the Cure, NC Triangle Affiliate.

Rex Mammography provides the following services:

• Screening and diagnostic mammograms featuring digital mammography
• Stereotactic vacuum-assisted breast biopsy
• Core needle biopsies
• On-site ultrasound
• Bone mineral density testing with DexaScan

All Rex Mammography equipment is certified by the Food and Drug Administration and accredited by the American College of Radiology.
