Rex Healthcare is dedicated to providing patients and visitors a safe and secure environment.
Safety (Protective Services)
All employees, volunteers and physicians display a Rex Healthcare photo identification badge. Protective Services Officers monitor the parking areas 24 hours a day and are available to answer questions or provide other assistance. Visitors leaving the area during the night can contact Protective Services for an escort to their vehicle.
Maintenance of Facility
Rex Healthcare has a state-of-the-art facility. All federal, state and local safety codes are followed or exceeded. If you need the temperature in your room adjusted, contact your nurse.
Housekeeping
Patient rooms are cleaned daily. Any special requests or questions should be referred to Environmental Services.
