Cost & Insurance Info
Rex Comprehensive Vein Center accepts participating insurance plans, but not all procedures are covered by insurance. If you are unsure of your insurance policy features, please contact your insurance company prior to your first office visit. Laser therapy consultations are free, but consultations for all other treatment will be billed to insurance or payment will be the patient's responsibility.
Upon arrival to our office, you will be asked to fill out forms regarding your current medical condition and previous medical history. This is a necessary part of the evaluation and examination process. Also, it enables us to complete insurance claims on your behalf.
Health insurance is filed as a courtesy by our staff. We ask that you please provide us current and accurate information regarding your insurance coverage. We are participating providers for Medicare, Medicaid, as well as various HMO's and PPO's. All co-payments are expected at the time of service. Any outstanding balance that remains following payment from your insurance company is due within 30 days. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and VISA. Promotional discounts do not apply when using insurance coverage.

Laser Therapy Price List
All prices are PER VISIT. Treatment will require multiple visits or maintenance. Laser therapy is offered at our location in the Rex Medical Office Building, 2800 Blue Ridge Road, Suite 300, Raleigh.
