Dr. PrasadDr. Venkat L. Prasad joined Rex Family Practice of Wakefield in November of 2009. He was previously the medical director of Tri County Community Health Center in Newton Grove, North Carolina. He received his medical training at Grant Medical College in Bombay, India, and is board certified in family practice/urgent care medicine. He completed his residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He holds an MHA/MBA from Pfeiffer University. |

Dr. WarnerDr. Warner is a graduate of Emory University and the Miami School of Medicine. He is former chief resident at the Florida Hospital Family Practice Residency in Orlando, Florida, and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Warner resides in the Wakefield community with his wife and two children. |

Dr. GuptillDr. Guptill is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York, and SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Chesterfield Family Practice in Richmond, Virginia, where she served as chief resident. She currently lives in Bedford with her husband and daughter. |

Dr. MooreDr. George H. Moore joined the practice in January, 2011. He received his medical training at East Carolina University School of Medicine and completed his residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in Wake Forest for more than 26 years. |

Dr. CurtisDr. Thomas Curtis received his medical training at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed his residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Hospital. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in the Wake Forest area for more than 10 years. |

Dr. TangDr. Grace Tang received her medical training at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed her residency at Franklin Square Family Practice in Baltimore, Maryland. She is board certified in Family Medicine. |

Dr. GardnerDr. Robert Gardner received his medical training from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and also completed his residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He is board certififed in Family Medicine. |

Dr. WalshDr. Amy Walsh completed her medical training at Georgetown University School of Medicine and her residency at Moses H Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. She is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in the area since 1997. |
