Attention: Bills dated prior to or post 6/20/14
If your bill is dated previous to June 20, 2014, please pay your bill via our former billing system.
If your bill is dated on or after June 20, 2014, please pay your bill via your My UNC Chart account. You can learn all about My UNC Chart and how to get started here!
Question: Where can I find my account number?
Answer: Your account number is located at the top of your statement. (Example 1204XXXXXX)
Question: Where can I find my other outstanding bills with Rex Hospital?
Answer: Every visit to Rex has a unique account number. You can call our toll free number at 866-687-7674 and speak with a Customer Service Representative.
Question: I have a payment plan with Rex. Can I make more than one payment on my account balance and skip next month's payment?
Answer: You must make a payment every month on your account. You can make an additional payment to reduce the balance on your account with no penalty.
Question: What other ways can I pay my account?
Answer: You may call our Customer Service Representative at 866-687-7674 or you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If you wish to mail a check, the address is: Rex Healthcare, PO Box 71058, Charlotte, NC 28272-1058. Please include your account number with your payment.
Question: What credit cards do you accept?
Answer: VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER
Question: Who should I contact if I want to set up a payment plan?
Answer: You may call our Customer Service Representative at 866-687-7674.
Question: Can I pay my Rex Physician bill online?
Answer: Not at this time. Please refer to your most recent physician office statement for the Customer Service number.
