Are you HeartAware?

The HeartAware assessment asks participants to answer a series of questions about their health, family background and lifestyle habits and then immediately produces a personalized report on the respondent's risk factors for heart disease. People with high risk factors can receive a free follow-up screening with a clinician at Rex or UNC Hospitals.
