The North Carolina Cancer Hospital at Rex will represent Wake County's first and only cancer hospital. It shows a deditcated commitment by Rex and UNC Health Care to provide prevention, early detection and comprehensive cancer treatment to Wake County's growing population. The N.C. Cancer Hospital at Rex will allow patients in Wake County to access specialized care without having to drive to Chapel Hill. With our physicians as members of UNC's medical staff, patients will receive the same quality care closer to home.
