Nursing Staffing Pool
The Nursing Staffing Pool at Rex provides you with an opportunity to create a flexible schedule and increase your pay. Simply join the Staffing Response Team (SRT) - our in-house, centralized float pool for casual RNs who possess a minimum of one-year current acute care hospital experience.
As a SRT nurse, you will commit to three nursing units within your division of choice and work a minimum of 36 hours in a six week period (weekends and holidays are optional). We also offer opportunities for you to boost your income when you commit to working more than 36 hours in a two-week pay period.
Potential Placement
SRT nurses may work on the following units:- Critical care
- Medical/surgical
- Oncology
- Intermediate care
- Surgical services
- PACU/endoscopy
- Emergency services
- Women and children's services
- Specialty areas
