At Rex Healthcare, we are committed to providing the best in health services and compassionate care. We encourage open communication between patients and healthcare providers right from the start. If at any time you have a concern, please speak up. Share your concerns right away. We want to respond as quickly as possible, correcting any problems and making your stay the best it can be. We want your feedback because it is our mission to provide the best care and service possible. Language Translation

Interpreter services are available free of charge. Please see your nurse for more information.
For our patients' convenience, Rex offers some limited translation services. These are provided by our co-workers and are dependent upon their work schedule. Some of the languages that we can assist with include:

  • Spanish
  • Vietnamese
  • Tagalog (Philippines)
  • Hindi, Malayan
  • Ukrainian
  • Russian
  • Polish
  • French
  • Thai
  • Chinese-Mandarin

Need a detailed estimate of your charges? If you would like a cost estimate before your visit, please call (919) 784-3382, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. When calling, please have the following information available:

  1. Procedure name
  2. CPT number
  3. Current insurance carrier
  4. Deductible, co-insurance and co-pay amount, if applicable
