Pulmonary Support Classes
Rex Pulmonary Services offers classes and resources to educate the public about complete pulmonary disease management. The comprehensive asthma education and disease management program offers initial evaluation, home treatment plans, and follow-up with primary care physician as needed. Two other programs also address asthma-related issues:
COPD Education and Disease Management program
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease education and disease management program includes:
- Breathing re-training, secretion management and disease understanding
- Better Breather's Club, a free class that meets the second Tuesday of each month
WeCan Asthma Education
WeCan Asthma Education is an asthma care training program for children ages 6 - 12 years old and includes an interactive program consisting of three one-and-a-half hour classes for parents and children. This program places kids in the driver's seat to control their asthma.
