Rex Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center of Raleigh
Opened in 1991, Rex Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center of Raleigh is located on the campus of Raleigh's highly regarded Rex Hospital.
All health services are under the direction of a highly-qualified physician on staff as our Medical Director. Our specially-trained nursing staff and caregivers provide skilled, round-the-clock nursing care. As you would expect from any Rex Healthcare facility, our nursing staffing levels exceed the state licensing requirements. We also offer a beautifully landscaped courtyard, dining areas to promote good fellowship and an on site beauty/barbershop.
We are the area's only CARF accredited sub-acute rehabilitation facility.

Our caring and professional staff uses a team approach to work with our patients, residents and resident's families, along with our physician's to develop individualized treatment plans to insure optimal goals are reached.
