The Healthy Way Program

The Healthy Way Program is designed to help you lose weight and keep it off. The program consists of 11 weeks of comprehensive classes specifically designed to help you make healthy lifestyle changes - without the gimmicks found at other weight-loss clinics.

Our registered dietitians and qualified instructors will discuss a variety of weight loss topics in a fun, informative way to inspire you to reach your goals.

These topics include:

  • Goal-setting
  • Creating change
  • Problem-solving
  • Overcoming obstacles
  • Recipe/meal exchanges
  • Solutions for eating on-the-go
  • Meal planning
  • Adding physical activity to an already busy life
  • Learning all you can from food labels
  • Practical approaches to healthy eating
  • Food, mind and body connection
  • Maximizing metabolism through activity

Pricing: $129
