Our registered dietitians and qualified instructors are with you each week as you face the challenges associated with making healthy lifestyle changes. And with a new program session beginning every month, there is no reason you have to wait!

The Healthy Way program lasts 12 weeks and includes facility membership.
Cost for members is $50 to enroll then $99 per month.
Cost for non-members is $125 to enroll then $99 per month.
