Take the Free VascularAware Risk Screening

Vascular screening in Raleigh, NC is as easy as taking the VascularAware Risk Screening. Unlike some diseases, peripheral vascular disease can largely be predicted and prevented. Peripheral vascular disease affects nearly 12 million Americans. Gone undetected it could result in heart attack or loss of a limb. The VascularAware online evaluation takes only seven minutes and provides information about your personal risk for vascular disease. Answer a few simple questions and VascularAware will provide you with a report of your risk factors and recommendations for improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

If the vascular screening shows you are at risk, you don't have to take the next steps alone. Rex Healthcare offers a free follow-up screening and consultation so that you can decide how to proceed.

VascularAware is an exclusive vascular screening in Raleigh, NC for the Rex Healthcare community.
