UNC Health Rex has been recognized on Newsweek’s 2026 list of America’s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care

This recognition highlights organizations that foster exceptional workplace cultures and support employee well-being.

The national ranking, developed by Newsweek in partnership with Plant-A Insights, is based on extensive research that included more than 575,000 employee interviews and 7.6 million company reviews. Organizations were evaluated across key measures such as leadership, compensation, work-life balance, psychological safety and overall workplace culture.
