Six UNC Health hospitals across North Carolina have been recognized for providing top maternity care by U.S. News & World Report. The hospitals on U.S. News 2026 list of the nation’s “Best Hospitals for Maternity Care,” announced today
Multiple hospitals affiliated with UNC Health, including UNC Health Rex, have received top scores for patient safety and quality from the Leapfrog Group.
UNC Health Rex has been recognized as one of the country’s top hospitals for providing the highest quality patient care.
UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill and UNC Health Rex in Raleigh made the Newsweek list. Both UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill and UNC Health Rex in Raleigh were awarded the highest ranking with 5 ribbons each.
