Heart Aware
A computer and about seven minutes of your time could save your life. UNC Health Rex offers Heart Aware, a free, confidential online heart risk assessment program in which participates confidentially answer a series of questions about their health, family background and lifestyle habits. The Heart Aware assessment immediately provides a personalized report about the respondent's risk factors for heart disease.
Those determined to be at high risk will be invited to schedule a complimentary cardiovascular wellness visit with our UNC Health Rex Early Detection Center.
During this visit, we will review your risk factors and provide education and resources for improving your cardiovascular health.
