
Living Healthy with Chronic Conditions Workshop
Do you or a loved one have an ongoing health condition such as COPD, diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, or effects of a stroke?
The Living Healthy Workshop can help you take control of your health.
Learn from trained leaders how to:
- set goals
- manage pain
- increase fitness
- manage medications
- improve communication with your healthcare provider
- make healthy food choices
This evidence-based chronic disease workshop meets weekly for 2 ½ hours over six weeks.
Workshops are open to anyone that has or cares for someone with a chronic condition.
Cost and Materials
There is no cost to participate. Participants who complete the course will receive a free book and certificate.
Light lunch will be provided.

This 6 week workshop meets weekly on Tuesdays from 11 am – 1:30 pm.

Class size is limited to 15 participants per session. The program will be offered multiple times throughout the year. Please specify the dates of the class session that you would like to attend at the time of registration.
