Our chapter is supported by UNC Health Rex and NC Heart & Vascular. The meetings are held on the first floor of the NC Heart & Vascular Hospital located at the UNC Health Rex main campus. We meet on the third Monday night of each month (except in December) for our educational/support meetings. Presenters include cardiologists, exercise instructors, dietitians and other heart related professionals. They offer instruction on how to understand and improve heart health. Social time with heart healthy snacks is from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The meeting with guest speakers is from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m..
