Our Homegrown Series will feature demonstrations and tastings of local produce, meats, cheeses and seafoods, all with a heart-healthy spin.
Looking for quick and easy meal prep demonstrations and education? We offer courses tailored to certain health conditions, guided by our registered dietitians. Each class will be taught in our state-of-the-art center for innovation and learning at the North Carolina Heart & Vascular Hospital.
