If you have questions that are not answered in the guide there is also a list of who to call. UNC Health Rex is committed to answering any questions or concerns you may have.
To help your procedure process move smoothly, we kindly ask that you answer all phone calls coming from UNC Health Rex and sign up for a My UNC Chart account as soon as your procedure is scheduled. Through My UNC Chart, you can fill out pre-registration forms, view test results, pay bills, and more.
Our team is ready to help your procedure run smoothly. When you are having a procedure at UNC Health REX, you may be scheduled for a pre-procedure testing appointment, or our team may conduct a pre-procedure phone call to collect information. Both processes are designed to make sure you are involved in your individualized plan of care. If you are scheduled for a pre-testing visit, you will find our Perioperative Planning Center conveniently located near the hospital's main entrance.
