Crisp Sesame Tortillas

Crisp Sesame Tortillas

Total time: approx. 25 minutes


Ingredients

  •  2 egg whites

  • 1 package of wheat tortillas (10 pieces)

  • 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds 

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

  3. Brush each tortilla with egg white.

  4. Sprinkle the sunflower mixture on each tortilla.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Serve cool. Store the crackers in airtight bag. Yield: 10-12 servings
