Curly Sweet Potato Fries

Curly Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 sweet potatoes, spiralized
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. Place spiral potatoes on a flat sheet pan coated with non-stick cooking spray, a baking mat, or foil.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, and sprinkle with combined seasonings. Toss again.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes, flip, and bake 15-20 more minutes, or to your desired crispiness.
  4. Serve with your preferred dipping sauce!
