Indian Spinach Dip
Indian Spinach Dip
Serves 8 (~1 ounce portion)
Adapted from Alissa Cohen’s, Living on Live Food
Ingredients:
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 large avocado
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- ½ ts curry powder
- ¼ ts fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- ¼ ts chili powder
- ¼ ts cayenne
- ¼ ts cumin
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend until ingredients are nearly pureed.
