Indian Spinach Dip

Indian Spinach Dip

Serves 8 (~1 ounce portion)

Adapted from Alissa Cohen’s, Living on Live Food

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 clove garlic, chopped
  • ½ ts curry powder
  • ¼ ts fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • ¼ ts chili powder
  • ¼ ts cayenne
  • ¼ ts cumin

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend until ingredients are nearly pureed.
