Oven Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli

Oven Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 2 heads of broccoli or one head of broccoli and ½ large head of cauliflower
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • Dash red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt 

Directions:

  1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  2. Mix veggies, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl then spread on a foil lined baking sheet. 
  3. Roast at 400 degrees for 6 min, stir & add red pepper flakes.
  4. Roast another 6 minutes, drizzle with lemon juice and serve
