Salmon Patties

Salmon Patties

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15.5 oz) red or pink Alaskan Salmn
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons of light or olive oil mayo
  • 2 tablespoons of Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salt-free seasoning or other salt-free blend
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1/2 cup toast wheat bread crumbs (about 2 slices)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Break up salmon into a bowl, discarding large bones and skin
  2. Add other ingredients and form into 4 patties
  3. Spray a non-stick skillet with pan spray or olive oil and sauté  until browned on each side

  • Protein: 25g
  • Carbohydrate: 8g
  • Fat: 9g
  • Sodium: 535mg (if you don't use reduced salmon sodium)
