Salmon Patties

Salmon Patties
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 can (15.5 oz) red or pink Alaskan Salmn
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons of light or olive oil mayo
- 2 tablespoons of Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salt-free seasoning or other salt-free blend
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1/2 cup toast wheat bread crumbs (about 2 slices)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Break up salmon into a bowl, discarding large bones and skin
- Add other ingredients and form into 4 patties
- Spray a non-stick skillet with pan spray or olive oil and sauté until browned on each side
