This flavorful chicken dish requires some prep work to allow the chicken to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds raw chicken meat
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1, 1” fresh ginger, minced
- ½ fresh lemon, juiced
- ½ teaspoon toasted ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder or ground cayenne
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon tandoori masala
- 1 teaspoon oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350o.
- Place chicken pieces in baking dish and bake for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is done.
