Turkey Seasoning

Turkey Seasoning

½ T salt

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp ground poultry seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp dried basil

2 tsp seasoned salt

½ tsp ground ginger

1 tsp paprika

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

 

Mix and sprinkle/rub in cavity of bird and on skin.  Place turkey breast side DOWN in roasting pan.  Add 1 cup water.  Bake at 325° until thermometer registers 160 – 165°.  Let rest 15 – 20 min. before carving.
