Tzaziki Sauce

Tzaziki Sauce

Total time: approx. 10 minutes


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of dried mint or dill
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for mint/dill and olive oil
  2. Place in refrigerator to chill
  3. Serve cold with dried mint/dill and olive oil
