Makes ~ 12 servings

Salad Ingredients:

  • 8 oz crumbled feta
  • 4 ounces light cream cheese
  • ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ -1 Tbl olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice and zest of 1 large lemon

Directions:

  1. Combine feta, cream cheese and yogurt in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Add olive oil, lemon juice and zest and blend.
