North Carolina Heart & Vascular (Panther Creek Office)

North Carolina Heart & Vascular in West Cary is located at the corner of Highway 55 and McCrimmon Parkway. As a leading cardiology practice made up of board-certified cardiologists and cardiology-focused physician assistants and nurse practitioners, we are dedicated to you and your heart. Our Panther Creek office is one of multiple North Carolina Heart & Vascular locations with privileges at nine hospitals throughout central and eastern North Carolina. Keeping care convenient and local is a priority. When possible, all exams, tests and procedures are done in the office and hospital location most convenient for each patient. When patients need more specialized care, our partnership with UNC REX Hospital provides access to the latest technology and treatment options conveniently located off I-40, I-440 and US-1 in Raleigh.

Our experienced cardiologists and staff in West Cary specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease. As patient advocates, we focus on your needs by being available in the office and on the phone and by getting to know you as a person. As a team, we are focused on getting you the right help, right when you need it and providing relevant information to ensure you and your other physicians fully understand your diagnosis and heart-health plan. We want your visit to be as pleasant as possible. If you are a new patient, we ask that you download and complete the forms included in this section and bring them to your visit.

Also, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to allow adequate time for the registration process.

Although we will strive to see you as close to your appointment time as possible, please understand that our cardiologists do have emergencies from time to time that could cause a delay. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
