Our semi-private personal training studio features seven TRX suspension training stations and a variety of other equipment for individual or group personal training sessions.

This multi-purpose room offers a variety of classes including Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics and Zumba. There is also a second studio devoted to cycling classes.
