Situated in the center of Rex Healthcare's Knightdale Campus, the REX Wellness Center of Knightdale brings top-notch fitness equipment, programs and amenities to the wellness community in eastern Wake County.
The REX Wellness Center of Knightdale lobby welcomes members and guests with a pro shop, coffee, easy access to locker rooms and a fully-staffed child activity center.
Our semi-private personal training studio features seven TRX suspension training stations and a variety of other equipment for individual or group personal training sessions.
This multi-purpose room offers a variety of classes including Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics and Zumba. There is also a second studio devoted to cycling classes.
Enjoy state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment.
The unique "sectioned" layout of the main exercise floor offers a huge variety of workout options, with a less crowded feel.
The aquatics area features a warm-water therapy pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and a heated lap pool.
