UNC Health Care at WakeBrook – Primary Care Office
Who We Are
The UNC Health Care at WakeBrook Primary Care Office provides full scope primary care to individuals with a co-existing mental health disorder and/or a substance abuse issue. Primary Care services are provided by family physicians, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners and registered nurses. Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. All services are provided by professionally trained licensed medical and clinical staff.
What We Do
Our program is designed to provide acute, chronic, and preventive health services to adolescents and adults and engage the patient, family, and/or significant others in treatment. We aspire this care always to be patient and family oriented, community focused, and evidence based. Patients are referred to us from behavioral health teams, from area hospitals, and from other community agencies.
