Established Patients
You can manage your appointments anytime through My UNC Chart. Sign in to request, cancel, or reschedule appointments online. For some primary care and specialty clinics, you can even schedule directly.
New Patients
You can schedule a new patient appointment online for primary care and some specialty areas, like heart care (cardiology), bone and joint care (orthopedics) and urinary health (urology).
Schedule by Phone
New and established patients can schedule an appointment by calling or texting UNC Health at 984-974-CARE, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Find a Primary Care Provider
