Locations & Hours of Operation
The REX Wellness Centers offer Wake County residents convenient locations throughout the Triangle.
Each wellness center is located on or adjacent to a UNC Health Rex campus and features convenient hours, incredible health club amenities, state-of-the-art equipment and the best trainers and programs available.
All of our wellness centers are open 7 days a week:
- Monday - Thursday: 5:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Friday: 5:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Facility Holiday Closures
Our facilities will be CLOSED on the following days:
- Monday, May 25, 2026 – Memorial Day
- Saturday, July 4, 2026 – Independence Day
- Monday, September 7, 2026 – Labor Day
- Thursday, November 26, 2026 – Thanksgiving Day
- Friday, December 25, 2026 – Christmas Day
