Dan is an accomplished fitness professional, holding a B.S. in Exercise Science from Clearwater Christian College. With a decade of experience in the field, he possesses certifications as an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, as well as FMS-1 and FMS-2 certified. Dan's expertise extends to various training specialties, including functional movement screenings, corrective exercises, strength and conditioning, and kettlebell training. His in-depth understanding of functional movement patterns, coupled with his ability to design personalized programs, empowers clients to enhance their overall physical performance, correct imbalances, and achieve their fitness goals. Cheryl holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from East Carolina University and brings a wealth of specialized knowledge to the fitness floor. As an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer, her expertise spans biomechanics, TRX, active stretching, cycling, and aqua fitness. Cheryl loves working with diverse communities, specializing in adapting fitness programs for clinical populations and individuals with special needs to ensure movement is accessible, safe, and effective for everyone.

Olivia Lamm, BS, Exercise Physiology

Olivia is an East Carolina University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients, she brings over a decade of diverse healthcare experience to the fitness floor. Prior to joining the Wellness Center, Olivia spent 11 years in rehabilitative care—specializing in orthopedic, cardiac, pulmonary, and oncology therapy—and expanded her clinical scope within Rex Hospital’s emergency, intensive care, and diagnostic departments.

Now in her third year at Rex Wellness Centers, Olivia applies her deep clinical knowledge to personal training, small group sessions, and both land and water fitness classes. She views wellness holistically, blending fitness, nutrition, and a true understanding of the human body to help every client become the best version of themselves.

Julie Morrow, PhD, C-IAYT, E-RYT

Yoga Therapist & Fascia Movement Trainer Julie Morrow

Julie specializes in helping individuals improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall well-being through safe, practical movement. At the wellness center, she teaches yoga and fascia-focused movement classes, alongside leading specialized educational workshops on pelvic floor and back health.

Combining science-based movement with compassionate, individualized instruction, Julie’s approach meets you exactly where you are. Certified as both a Yoga Therapist and a FAMO Fascia Movement Trainer, she is dedicated to helping members unlock greater ease, physical confidence, and long-term vitality in their daily lives.
